The completed Remediation process will provide you with an accessible and ADA compliant website under the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA success criteria.

3. CERTIFIED EXPERT AFFIDAVIT
ADA WebGuard’s Certified Expert shall furnish the client with a Sworn Affidavit of Compliance certifying that client’s website is fully accessible and ADA compliant to the extent technically possible with a full explanation of any issues that cannot be remediated due to them not being under the control of Client.
4. Commitment to Accessibility Statement
Once ADA WebGuard has completed our auditing and remediation services and your website is compliant, you will receive a customized “Commitment to Accessibility Statement”. The accessibility statement will summarize your level of compliance using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA success criteria.
