1. CERTIFIED ACCESSIBILITY AUDIT

In assessing a website, ADA WebGuard must first complete a detailed page by page analysis of your website to determine the veracity of the claim against Defendant and to provide Defendant and/or Defendants counsel a full assessment of all ADA website compliance issues found within the subject website that require remediation to comply with  Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA success criteria. ADA WebGuard website Accessibility Compliance Audit uses Automated and Manual testing to assess and identify ADA issues with the client’s current website. Audit results are used to develop remediation recommendations to address and correct issues of accessibility and increase conformance.

2. REMEDIATION SERVICES

ADA WebGuard Remediation process will follow our Comprehensive Web Accessibility Audit. ADA WebGuard will work with client’s web developer, designer or host to correct the client’s website ADA non-compliance issues through on of two of the following options:

1ST OPTION TO ACHEIVE COMPLETE COMPLIANCE:   ADA WebGuard certified experts will assist your web developer, designer or host in understanding and re-coding of client’s website ADA issues to achieve compliance. ADA WebGuard® will assist Client in correcting their website ADA non-compliant HTML code issues.

2ND OPTION TO ACHEIVE COMPLETE COMPLIANCE:  ADA WebGuard will create HTML Accessibility website code recommendations (Code Snippets) and the ADA WebGuard team of experts will correct client’s website ADA non-compliance issues.  This shall bring your company’s website into conformance and full accessibility using  Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 success criteria.

The completed Remediation process will provide you with full accessibility using  Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA success criteria for presentation in any legal forum.

ADA WebGuard provides such knowledge in testimony before any legal forum to delineate clients full remediation of their website in both technical and layman’s terms, while also certifying full compliance and accessibility of clients website.

3. CERTIFIED EXPERT AFFIDAVIT

ADA WebGuard’s Certified Expert shall furnish the client with a Sworn Affidavit of Compliance certifying that client’s website is fully accessible and ADA compliant to the extent technically possible with a full explanation of any issues that cannot be remediated due to them not being under the control of Client.

4. Commitment to Accessibility Statement

Once ADA WebGuard has completed our auditing and remediation services and your website is compliant, you will receive a customized “Commitment to Accessibility Statement”. The accessibility statement will summarize your level of compliance using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA success criteria.
